This privacy policy is used by FFF.nu and describes, among other things, what personal data FFF.nu collects and processes and for what purpose.<\/p>\n
File:<\/strong> any structured set of personal data that is accessible according to certain criteria and relates to different Customers. This Regulation applies to all fully or partially automated Processing of Personal Data for which FFF.nu is responsible, and to non-automated Processing included in a File. It applies to the Processing of Personal Data of Customers.<\/p>\n The Processing concerns personal data: name, first name(s), middle name(s), gender, date of birth, address details (address, postcode, place of residence), telephone number(s), email address(es), IP address(es), and login and account information.<\/p>\n In addition, the Processing may involve health data of the Customer, namely weight, height, and waist and hip circumference.<\/p>\n Personal data is only processed for certain purposes and no more data is collected than necessary:<\/p>\n For purposes other than the above, FFF.nu requests prior consent from the Customer.<\/p>\n Personal data will only be processed if: the Customer has given unambiguous consent; the Processing is necessary for the performance of an agreement; the Processing is necessary for a legal obligation; or the Processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest.<\/p>\n Personal data shall only be processed insofar as it is adequate, relevant and not excessive, and must be accurate and reliable.<\/p>\n Through the Platform, articles from third parties can be offered. Upon purchase, separate terms and conditions of these third parties may apply. Software from third parties may be required for the use of the Platform, which may also have separate terms and conditions.<\/p>\n Within FFF.nu, Personal Data may be provided to employees without consent to the extent necessary for their duties. Outside FFF.nu, data may be provided without consent if necessary to comply with a legal obligation. Otherwise, consent from the Customer is required for providing to Third Parties.<\/p>\n The Responsible Party is responsible for the proper functioning of the Processing and Management, and ensures appropriate technical and organizational measures against loss or unlawful Processing.<\/p>\n Employees of FFF.nu have a duty of confidentiality regarding the Personal Data they come into contact with, except for legal obligation or necessity arising from their duties.<\/p>\n Personal data that is no longer necessary is deleted as soon as possible, unless statutory obligations require longer retention. In any case, data will not be kept for longer than one year after the relationship has ended, unless the law requires otherwise. Deletion involves destruction or anonymization.<\/p>\n Without prejudice to the law, each Customer has the rights set out below. Exercising them is free of charge and the Customer can be assisted by an advisor.<\/p>\n The Customer may ask FFF.nu whether personal data concerning him\/her are being processed. FFF.nu will respond in writing within four weeks and, if applicable, provide a full overview of the purpose, categories and origin of the data. FFF.nu may refuse a request to the extent necessary to prevent\/detect criminal offenses or to protect the rights and freedoms of others.<\/p>\n The Customer may request that data be improved, supplemented, deleted, or blocked if it is incorrect, incomplete, or not relevant. FFF.nu will respond in writing within four weeks whether and to what extent it complies with this request, will make a decision as soon as possible, and will inform Third Parties to whom the data have previously been disclosed if necessary.<\/p>\n Changes in purposes, methods of Processing or security measures lead to changes or additions to this Regulation. Changes will be announced via the website.<\/p>\n In the event of disputes, the Customer may file a complaint with the Responsible Party.
